Three Little Birds
Counseling and Expressive Therapy Studio, PLLC
If you are here then it probably means you are looking for support for yourself or a loved one. It is not easy starting therapy, but this is a good first step. Today is a new day. At Three Little Birds we will walk together as you identify and explore barriers, create healthy lifestyles, and discover what makes you YOU.
Perhaps you have come here because you are worried about your teenager. Have you noticed mood or behavioral changes? Are they suddenly withdrawn from the family or activities? Does it seem like something is weighing heavy on their shoulders? Let me help them find their voice again and start to understand the complexities of our emotions.
Or perhaps you have come here for yourself. Taking the first step into your own wellness can feel exciting and scary at the same time. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed with life expectations or struggling to connect with loved ones. Maybe you have felt the vast depth the pandemic has had on our everyday lives and finding a new normal has been hard to do alone.
People engage in therapy for all different reasons. Some need a place that is their own to let out emotions, others use it to process life events or to empower ones own narrative. Whatever your reason, you are welcome here.
At Three Little Birds we will focus on today. Often we can get bogged down with shame, worry about the future, or regret for events in our past. We will practice self-love and gratitude to allow ourselves to let go and just be. When we can focus on the present without pretense or judgement we are happier and healthy.

Welcome! I am glad you are here. I have always been passionate about supporting others. I have a Master's Degree from Lesley University in Expressive Therapy and Mental Health Counseling and am licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. I also hold a certificate in Trauma Studies and am working towards a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health. Prior to opening Three Little Birds I had a private practice in Lexington, MA and worked in community mental health settings around Boston as well. When I'm not at Three Little Birds, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, painting, and exercising.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adult women. I can offer you a warm atmosphere to explore barriers and find ways to make each day be what you want it to be. I can offer you space to express how you feel and what you need. We will work together to identify goals and create avenues for healthy change. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and expressive arts therapy into the work. I will support you to approach stressors by building off your strengths. If we recognize how far we have come, we can start to see a clearer path ahead of us. My hope is for you to feel empowered and in control of your life even at times of uncertainty.
It is important to transform therapy into what you need rather than what a therapist thinks you need. I pride myself on being a reflective lens to view negative thought patterns or behaviors that are impacting you. Treatment will look different for everyone that walks though my door but I will always offer compassion and empathy as you sift through what you need.
Today is a good day to....
- Tell yourself that you matter
- start to do what makes you happy
- find joy again
- take a step towards a healthier future
